We are a neutral platform. We introduce you to professionals only when you ask us to, and we tell you how they were checked.
Our verification tiers
- Identity checked: registered business, address and an authorised contact.
- References reviewed: recent customer references, where permitted.
- Performance monitored: response time, customer feedback and complaint resolution.
How matching works
When you submit a Build Your Home brief and give consent, we match you with suitable verified professionals for your location, scope and budget. You stay the decision-maker, and you can decline any introduction.
Our disclosures
We disclose commercial relationships. Any paid or preferred placement is labelled clearly and kept separate from verification. We never trade a verification tier or recommendation for money. Our first construction partner works with us under a limited pilot; the platform stays neutral and open to more professionals.
Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee. Always review proposals, inclusions, exclusions and warranties before you sign.
