Carpet, built-up and super built-up, explained
Carpet area is the usable floor space. Built-up area adds the walls, usually 10 to 20 percent more. Super built-up area adds a share of common areas, the loading, usually 25 to 40 percent. Always confirm the carpet area in your agreement.
