Partner with us
For builders, architects and specialists
We send you genuine, consented enquiries from homeowners who have described their plot, budget and timeline. In return we ask for professionalism and transparency.
What we look for
- A registered business with verifiable identity and contact.
- Relevant experience for the project types you take on.
- Willingness to meet a response-time commitment.
- Clear proposals with inclusions, exclusions and warranty terms.
- Agreement to use enquiry data only for the requested service.
How the pilot works
New partners start with a limited scope or a fixed pilot period, reviewed on real conversion and customer feedback. We do not grant permanent city-wide exclusivity. Any paid or preferred placement is disclosed and kept separate from verification.
What you actually get
Not scraped contact details, and not a number shared with nine other firms the same morning. Every enquiry we send you comes from someone who filled in a detailed brief on this site, was scored on how ready they actually are to build, and consented to being introduced to a professional.
Because the enquiry arrives with context, your first conversation starts several steps in. You already know roughly what they want, where, and whether the budget is realistic for it.
| What arrives with every enquiry | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|
| Plot location and size | You know immediately whether it is in your operating area and which authority sanctions the plan. |
| What they want to build, and budget range | You can tell before you call whether the scope and the budget are in the same universe. |
| Timeline and current stage | Separates someone sanctioning a plan next month from someone still shortlisting plots. |
| Readiness score and routing | We score every brief. You see whether this is a priority enquiry or an early-stage one, so you spend your time accordingly. |
| Which tool or page they came from | Someone arriving from the cost calculator is thinking about money. Someone from a locality page is thinking about place. |
How we price it, plainly
There is no fee to apply, no fee to be verified, and no subscription to appear anywhere. We earn when we connect you to a genuine, consented enquiry that fits the work you do.
What that fee buys is access to the enquiry. It does not buy position, priority or a verification tier, and paying more does not move you up. If that sounds like a limitation, it is the same limitation that makes homeowners trust the introduction when it arrives, which is the only reason the enquiry is worth anything.
Why we are selective, and what disqualifies an application
We grow the bench slowly on purpose. A homeowner who gets one bad introduction does not blame the builder, they blame us, and the whole model depends on that not happening. So we would rather route fewer enquiries to fewer firms and have them go well.
- No registered business, or an identity we cannot verify independently.
- Quoting a rate you cannot hold, then revising it after the contract is signed.
- Proposals that leave inclusions, exclusions or warranty terms vague.
- Using enquiry data for anything other than the service the homeowner asked about.
- Asking us to sell you ranking, exclusivity or a verification tier. It is not available at any price, and asking tells us something.
What we expect once you are on the bench
Answer briefs inside the response time you committed to, even when the answer is that the project is not for you. Tell the homeowner what is not included as clearly as what is. Put the warranty in writing. If something goes wrong on a project we routed, tell us before the customer does.
Performance is reviewed continuously rather than at signup, on response time, homeowner feedback and how complaints were handled. Read the verification standard for exactly what we check and what we will never do.
